2014 Lean Transformation Summit »

This is the fallback content for users who cannot see the Google Map.

Customers are the reasons our companies exist. And customers have never, as Jim Womack has noted, offered to pay more for a product or service because we’ve put more management in it.
But continuously improving management systems – from product development to problem solving, from capability development to leader development, – allow our companies to provide better value to customers in the form of better quality, more reliable delivery, better service, and lower cost. Precisely the things customers will pay more for.
Join us on March 5-6, 2014, to learn from a variety of organizations that are delivering more value to customers by actively improving their lean management systems.

Speakers include GE, NYC Food Bank, Ingersoll Rand and Cardinal Health

When: 5 March 2014 - 06 March 2014

LEA Community Sharing Day 2014 »

This is the fallback content for users who cannot see the Google Map.

After the successful first LEA Sharing Day on the 18th April 2013, LEA is proud to announce that we will once again run the event for 2014.
LEA Community Sharing Day - “Share your story and bring your questions”
Thursday 3rd April, 2014
National Motorcycle Museum,Solihull, West Midlands, B92 0EJ
A critical element of any lean implementation is the process of reflection and whilst leading lean companies have formal reflection meetings to identify problems, develop countermeasures and communicate improvements to the rest of the organisation there is often little opportunity to share and learn with people outside the organisation. Therefore we have organised the LEA Community Sharing Day – connecting the lean community of practice together so that we are able to share and learn from likeminded others.
Workshops Prior to the Sharing Day
This year, we are also holding 2 workshops the day before the Sharing Day, on Wednesday 2nd April. John Kiff will conduct an Introduction to A3 Thinking and Dave Brunt will conduct an Introduction and Overview of our Lean Practitioner Programme. The workshops provide a mechanism for your teams to learn together.

When: 2 April 2014 - 03 April 2014
