Overview
Istituto Lean Management (ILM-It) is an Organization finalized to develop and share "Lean Thinking" knowledge and skills.
It promotes and sustains Lean implementations all over Italy, working directly with individuals and Organizations, public and private.
Its mission is contributing to the improvement of social and economic conditions of the Country, helping the organizations to improve their process and thinking.
ILM-It has been involved in Projects in very different environments: Manufacturing, Services, Education, Healthcare, Senior Care.
ILM-It is the Italian Member of Lean Global Network from 2013.

Electronic Engineer, was working for about 20 years, first as electronic designer, later as Manager in Manufacturing OEM Companies in Telecommunication and Automotive Sectors. He has some patents in telecommunication products. Lean experience started in 2004 as Industrial Manager, transforming Production and Technical departments of a Tier One supplier of main Automotive producers. From 2009 has been working as trainer and coach in several projects of Lean transformation. Main kills in implementing Lean Transformation Framework, Hoshin Kanri, A3, Value Stream Mapping, in Manufacturing and Services environments.

Full Professor of Business Organization, Director of the PhD Program in Business Administration and Management, Director of CRIOS, Center for Research in Innovation, Organization, Strategy & Entrepreneurship.
He teaches at Bocconi University in Milan after taught at the Universities of Padova and Venice.
Visiting professor: Industrial Performance Center at MIT, School of Management of the University of Michigan, Dearborn, and Universidad Deusto, San Sebastian.
Fellow of Industrial Performance Center (MIT), International Motor Vehicle Program (MIT), Sloan Industry Studies, GERPISA - Groupe d'Etudes et de Recherches Permanent sur l'Industrie et les Salaris de l'Automobile, University d'Evry-Val d'Essonne.
International awards: Distinguished track paper, Quality Management and Lean Operations track, Decision Science Institute Annual Meeting, San Francisco 2012 (with F.Gerli). The Chris Voss Best Paper Award Honourable Mention, European Operations Management Association-EUROMA Annual Conference, INSEAD, Fontainebleau (with A.Furlan, P.Romano and A.Vinelli), 2004.
