Csaba Bereczki

Csaba Bereczki is one of the Founders of LEI Hungary and the Clerk of the Association, advancing lean thinking in the Hungarian lean community. He leads the Bosch Lean Academy pilot program, a practice-oriented lean management course in collaboration with Bosch and Miskolc University. He also lectures lean thinking is services for students at Corvinus University of Budapest and University of Pannonia. Working with Hungarian lean managers and lean practitioners he builds and links together LEIH’s lean sharing and learning community. He is experimenting lean learning methods with different sectors and professionals.
He has graduated as a mechanical engineer at Budapest University of Technology. He has been learning and practicing lean and Six Sigma since 2001. He has wide experience of leadership in transfer and project management, operational management, continuous improvement and operational excellence in multinational companies from manufacturing to banking, services and shared service center operations (e.g. General Electric Healthcare, Morgan Carbon, BNP Paribas, Avis Budget Group). He has been supporting companies, leaders and specialists in their lean movement, operational excellence program or transformation in Hungary and in Europe. Since 2014 he also works with Integrated Consulting Group team.
