Lean Institute Ukraine (LIU) is a new member of LGN who has joined the network at the end of 2016. The mission of LIU is to help spreading Lean thinking and practice in Ukraine through publishing books, organizing summits, leading trainings & workshops and providing access to international expert knowledge.
The focus of LIU is on developing people, growing their understanding of Lean and thus growing local knowledge and expertise.
Another priority is sharing Lean thinking within Ukrainian business community. LIU helps Ukrainian companies, who currently face a number of challenges, to go through deep transformation process and to raise their competitiveness on local and international markets.
LIU team believes that deeper understanding and use of Lean thinking is a vital, effective strategy to develop the capabilities of the Ukrainian workforce and to contribute into social and economic development of the country.
