Productivity, quality, efficiency and approaches of lean production have become particularly important in Russia, and will be discussed at the Lean Summit in Gelendzhik April 8-11, 2015, organized by Lomonosov Moscow State University Business School and the Krasnodar Japanese Center “Kaizen†with the support of “Volnoe Delo†Foundation.
Participants of the major Lean event of the year in Russia will be more than 300 leaders of companies from various sectors of the Russian regions, CIS and foreign countries.
Lean approaches are considered to be among the most effective in the context of limited resources and an unstable economic situation. However, they require little or no financial investment. Leading companies in Japan, USA, Europe and progressive Russian enterprises overcome the crisis using internal resources and lean way of thinking and acting.
