Womack, founder of Lean Enterprise Institute) Representative for this dynamic and thriving region, consisting of Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. With over 600 Million people and GDP of USD 2.4 Trillion, Southeast Asia is one of the most important regions in the world.
Our Purpose: Facilitate the execution, learning and sharing of Lean Thinking in Southeast Asia to increase its social-economic prosperity through dramatic performance transformation.

Our Key Activities:
- Engage in Company Projects and In-house Training to increase the organisational performance of clients.
- Lead a network of Lean Practitioners in Southeast Asia to leverage regional resources and expertise.
- Conduct public workshops, seminars, summits etc. to share best practices in Lean Thinking and Practice in the region.
- Collaborate with trusted partners such as Singapore Institute of Technology and the Singapore Excellence Community to continually engage in projects, sharing forums, networking events and learning activities to enhance local Lean capabilities.
LGN Southeast Asia operates as a non-profit in as much as profits are to be reinvested back in the organisation with no shareholder payout schemes.
