Sérgio Caldeirinha

His professional development context gives him a wide versatility. He have experience in the development and implementation of integrated management systems, in quality improvement methods and in the implementation of the principles of Lean Thinking, in many different environments.

Sérgio started his professional career in 1997 in a manufacturing unit of Ford Motor Company, actual Visteon, one of the largest suppliers of the automotive industry, taken up several positions as quality assurance, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, costumer liaison among others. After 2002, he moved to a consultancy organization, where he supported a vast portfolio of organizations to achieve excellent levels of performance, with operating ‘world class’ results.

With the addition of knowledge provided by the executive Master Business Administration, attended at ISCTE Business School, he could enhance the strategic planning, financial and HR management, providing him a multidimensional vision of the businesses.

He assumes today the Presidency at the Lean Academy Portugal, putting his country in the path of the great key note speakers and great events.
